sitemap_tpl.html top row not 100% width?

I have looked through the forum and am quite surprised that I can see no mention of this issue.

Note that the top row is not 100% table width background colour.

This is the same in the default template.

I have only just started to create a website-uniform css however it is difficult to proceed with this obvious layout error - and I can't see where it comes from.

So what can be done?

the issue should be corrected now - please try to re-download sitemap generator package using the same link, reinstall it and generate new sitemap.
