Cannot read Sitemap.html - Related to sitemap.xsl

Hi there: Have seen other posts with this same problem but no solution posted, so here goes again.

when I go to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] (my site, and sitemap.html is in the root of this site) i get this error:
Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

The sitemap.xsl file exists in the folder mentioned here. Please advise how to fix this error.

you should open sitemap as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
