Standalone Generator finds no links from main page

I used the online free version and it found 500 pages. I bought the stand-alone and it find exactly 1 page, and that is the index page. No other links.

Ideas?

I've changed starting URL from [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] to [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] since inner links are pointing to www domain.
