sitemap user agent name

I have to build the sitemap in a site with a warning page that is disallowed only with the search engines.
So when I try to build the sitemap only the homepage is viewed, it can't view the full site.
I told to the site webmaster to add this string to allow the grants to the sitemap user agent:
XML Sitemaps Generator 1.0 (https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/)

Does it's correct or the sitemap user agent has a different name?
I continue to get the same problem.
