Permissions:
Data Folder 777,
Pages Folder 755
Generator Folder 777
runcrawl.php 755

cron: / usr / local / bin / php / var/www/web248/html/generator/runcrawl.php

what exactly is the error you get?
There should be no spaces in php path here:
/usr/local/bin/php /var/www/web248/html/generator/runcrawl.php
