After clicking "run" to start the crawler, this error message is returned:

Error opening socket to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I just purchased the product today so I imagine I have the latest version. It's installed on windows platform in a shared hosting account. My host said they meet the requirements for the software all appears installed properly.
