Not working. I´m getting an error message upon crawling. URGENT!!

I just got unlimited xml-sitemaps and have put in all the details. Everytime I try to crawl getting following error message:

An error occured
There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Error message: Error opening socket to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I have no idea what it is and I can´t find a solution here at the forum. Please help me...I urgently need help!!

ps: I have already tried the IP address solution and it doesn´t work.

I've set server IP setting in generator cofnguration to 127.0.0.1 and it works now.
