xml-sitemaps error while crawling

 just got unlimited xml-sitemaps and have put in all the details. Everytime I try to crawl getting following error message:

An error occured
There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

ps: I have already tried the IP address solution with server ppublic IP and localhost IP 127.0.0.1 and it doesn´t work.
but with localhost ip i got server apache page and not website page (more domains hosted on a single ip)
and with public ip it doesn't  work the same.... same thing with curl option enabled or not.
(curl support installed and working)
