it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

You should also create empty sitemap1.xml and sitemap2.xml files in domain root and set 0666 permissions for them.

i indicate to generator config to split the site map when page is 50000

that sitemap earlier was used to submit to Yahoo, but now yahoo supports xml sitemap too, so it was kept just for references/in case if you need a simple plain list of all your URLs.
