google sitemap error problem

Submitting generated sitemaps for site [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] through google webmaster tools -- but keep getting the red-x status error.

Any ideas for a fix?

Hello,

make sure that you create an entry in webmaster account as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] (since your sitemap is on non-www domain)
