How To Generate XML Sitemap for Replicated Website

I have a replicated website - [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] --  The domain name is forwarded using a CNAME in the DNS. 

I have no access to any of the files and folders to the actual site - which means I could not upload or create any directories within - for my unlimited version of the XML sitemap generator.

I tried using the online version - on the front page of [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] - and I am getting an error message - which is not very specific.

How can I generate an XML sitemap for this website?

make sure that you use [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] (not [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]) as Starting URL, since inner links are pointing to www domain.
