Is it possible to create a sitemap for subfolder?

I need your help
There is a sub-folder in my website (domain.com/picture) when I make a sitemap for this subfolder the "Webmaster.Google" dose not accept my sitemap

I got the following errors from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] >>> sitemap

Hello,

if your Starting URL is set to "[ External links are visible to logged in users only ]", make sure that you create site entry in webmaster account as "domain.com" without www prefix.
