Xml-Sitemaps 5.0 Doesn't show in full

XML-sitemaps 5.0 does not open in full in all of my browsers. I faced same problem with version 4.0 but not with version 3.0. The page can't be loaded till the SAVE button causing configuration data not to be saved at all. I have tried deleting all browser data including cookies but it didnt work. Re-Uploading the whole XML-sitemaps app folder also failed.
