Virtuemart + Sitemap

Good morning, I bought Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator and I try it in my e-commerce (virtuemart) [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] . It's not a big e commerce but my sitemap is 3800 link long and google find it difficult to index it. Do you know how I can set up the Unlimited  PHP Sitemap Generator for virtuemart?
