Only indexed 8 pages out of 50

Can anyone help me I have tried both

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
and
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

and both only find the main pages in the menu not the sub pages e.g

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] can not be found [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] can not be found.  If anyone has any ideas what the problem is I would really appreciate it.

Hello,

your navigation menu is created with form elements (<input type="button">), you should have those links as html <a href=""> tags to get them indexed.
