Keeps retrying

Hi,

Have been using the free version for years and has been fine as only needed 500 pages. However, bought the standalone version today and the crawl gets to about 700 odd and then just keeps retrying .....have left it for hours but just keeps retrying.

Any help would be greatly appreicated,

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

thanks, in terms of increasing these parameters in php.ini - what do you suggest they should they be increased to ?

That greatly depends on website size, try to set it to 64M and 300 seconds, or PM me your generator URL/login so that I can check this further.
