Individual Attributes not being processed

Hello,
  I'm trying to add a URL as a individual attribute.  The URL is not currently referenced by any other page in my site but I want it to be included in the sitemap.  Under "Sitemap Entry Attributes" I entered something similar to the following:

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I've also tried:

mytest,,monthly,0.9

but none of these variations result in mytest.php being included in the sitemap.  Can you point me to what I may be missing?

Hello,

"attributes" setting is only applied to URLs that are already included in sitemap, you should put a link to that page somewhere on your site so that generator can find it.
