Uploading Sitemap - some clarification please

Do I upload all the lines of the file?  If so, where specifically do I put them?

There are 257 lines / pages that have been generated.  It seems a lot of extra code to add in.

after sitemap is created with online generator, you should right-click on sitemap.xml link, save it to your computer, and then upload the file to your site.

Why can't I view my Video Sitemap?  I always receive the following message -
"The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Access is denied. "
I used the XML-sitemap Generator to create my website's video sitemap.  Please help

You should open it as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
