Uploaded sitemap to google & google reports an error in the file

Hi when I look at the googlke webmaster tools for my sitemap I see the following error which is blocking google from using the site map to index my site:

Paths don't match
We've detected that you submitted your Sitemap using a URL path that includes the www prefix (for instance, [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]). However, the URLs listed inside your Sitemap don't use the www prefix (for instance, [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]).

How can I fix this? The [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] should be the correct url, why is it not showing in the sitemap?

what is your sitemap URL?

Looks like you need to create new site entry in webmaster tools, with [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] URL (without www), in case if currently you have it created as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]

Thanks have done that and attached the same sitemap to the url and submitted it. The images and mobile sitemaps pass muster am now waiting on the general sitemap to do the same.
