Unlimited Sitemap not crawling all links

I purchased the unlimited sitemap generator.  It crawled mostly all links but leaves out my BLOG.  My main page is a www. DOMAIN but the BLOG omits the www.  Is there a way for the generator to crawl both types of domains? Is there a solution to this problem.  Thanks for your help.

you should either have both parts on the same subdomain, or create 2 separate sitemaps.
