How to Create a text sitemap, without installing on your site?

I just bought the Unlimited Sitemap Generator.

I need to Create a Text sitemap to have a plain list of all my pages. I just need a master list of all the site URL's for a website redesign to setup 301 redirects.

I do not want to install the sitemap generator. I do not have access to install it on the website. How do I use this to generate a Text sitemap to have a plain list of all my pages?

you can install generator on another server to create a list of URLs for your site.

So I can install Sitemap generator on one of my old sites, and use it to generate sitemaps of unlimited of my clients sites? Or am I limited to only one site per license purchase?

you can use it to create sitemap for *your* site only. For clients sites additional licenses are required.
