I am using step by step but in FileZilla [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] will show up only in the filename not in local site and will not open, when I upload to web site it just puts an unopen type of file can not be used?

you should click the link sent to you in email to download [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] file, and select "Save as" to store on your computer. Then unpack the file contents and continue installation as described in guide.
