Should i submit the image and video sitemap to Google as well?

In Google Webmaster tools should i should i submit many different sitemaps to them for one domain or just one?

Hello,

you should submit sitemap.xml (it contains links to other sitemaps if you have multiple sitemap files), and sitemap_images.xml + sitemap_video.xml if you have corresponding add-ons enabled.
