How to find Google Website ftp login details?

Please forgive my basic question, but where do I find My Google website ftp login details to install the XML-Sitemaps Unlimited Sitemap Generator using Filezilla as described in the 5-Minute Installation Guide?  All I have access to is the Google Webmaster Tools and the Google sites "Manage Site" link.
