Error creating XML Sitemap

I have been unable to figure out why I can not create a sitemap for this website: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. Every time that I try to get one created "Error" comes up. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is occurring? Thanks in advance for your help!!

try to use [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as Starting URL instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ].
