Error: Value of attribute is unquoted

Hello,

I get the following error when I try to validate the sitemap.

"Low-level XML well-formedness and/or validity processing output
Error: Value of attribute is unquoted
in unnamed entity at line 181 char 15 of [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]"

Can someone help me to sort this please.

you should submit [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of just [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
