How to set up Cron job

Hi. I understand that running a Cron job will only use server resources and not my actual alloted monthly bandwidth. How do I set up a Cron job?

I have the path that shows on the generator page:
/usr/local/bin/php /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/...etc

I just do not know how to set that to run automatically.

the cron task needs to be setup in your hosting control panel. Details vary depending on control panel type, but usually there is a special section for "Cron tasks".
