Sitemap creation going in infinite Loop

Hi

I have a website of more than 5000 pages. When I sitemap generator crawl then it gone to infinite loop and after some when I stop the browser crawling then it show only 3 pages in sitemap. I check than there is a error is come which is: [08-Aug-2011 12:29:49] PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\testmbuzzz\generator\pages\page-analyze.inc.php(2) : eval()'d code on line 57.

Please anyone tell me what is the solution of that.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
