I have 1 subdirectory that will not show up in the crawler no matter where it is

I have 1 subdirectory that will not show up in the crawler no matter where it is.  I have move it from the root directory and about everywhere else including subdirectories the crawler sees.  I have an unlimited license and have used it sevreal times with other sites so I am lost!
