Have Paid Version, over 1000's Pages. Only have 211 on sitemap. Please Help

Hello,
I've been running crawl for days on and off in order to finished all the pages on my site.  I only have a record showing thru the sitemap generator of 211.  Like the one below.  Google has the same record of pages but is incomplete.  I can't get this generator to run complete.  Please, Administrator help!!!
