Can Sitemap Generator detect Faulty link/Typo error link

I'm having error 403 on my GWT account. The error url given [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] but is not a valid link on the site, it's just a sub-directory. I believe there should be some faulty link or typo error somewhere on the site. How can I find the broken link on my site and fix it? Can Sitemap Generator able to detect this kind of faulty link on my site?

that report in google webmaster account is not related to sitemap though.

This is what I read from your statement and I thought the software can track down the faulty link as well. 

If you have broken links on your website, our standalone sitemap generator will track these down and inform you of the broken links together with the page these links are on.

Yes, it is capable of finding and reporting broken links as well (it is not related to the report posted in the first post of this topic though)
