Hi have a nice day, I have this problem: error 500, Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi thanks for answer, the problem change, Im create another carpet and I don´t have the same error, but now I have another, It take much time (3 days)  for finish, the first time, that I used it, it taken 1 hour.

I am facing the same issue. It is showing 500-internal server error. It is not generating all the links from my site. If i specify "Maximum Pages" as 30, then it shows me 30 links. For all the links i.e Maximum pages = blank or zero, it is not generating the sitemap. I am getting 500 internal server error while generating sitemap for all the links.Please help me.

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

do you get the error when opening /generator/ URL in browser, or when opening crawling page, or when you press "Run" button, or after a while when crawling is in progress?

I have the same issue i have [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] it just happen, before i did not have an issue with this. What settings should i set to make the sitemap run slower to not take up to much space. Right now many of my sites go down all the time when i run a sitemap.

My site goes down after a while when the sitemap starts running.

There is a setting named "Make delay for X seconds after each Y request", you can try 1 second delay after every 5 request, for instance.

I have around 19000 urls in my site. But it is just generating only 13000 urls. Its not generating all the urls from the site.Whats going wrong with that? can you please help me?
