Script doesn't create sitemap.html file

my generator doesnt create a sitemap.html file. I dont know why... i read in this forum that the generator will create this file automaticly during the crawling process. but that doesnt work.

1. Yes all other sitemap types ror.xml and sitemap.xml have content inside.
2. yes, thats definitly the right path
