How to get the sitemap to refresh/update?

Hi,

I am about to buy the unlimited sitemap generator and ask my hosting company to upload it for me.

I run an e-commerce store, so new links are added 1-2 times a week in the form of new products.

Who is it that does the updates? Do use the generator tool to script in an update frequency, or do I tell my hosting company to put a job on it to update weekly?

How do I go about it?

I do not have FTP access and can not get it as its the web companies servers and they do all the site editing etc...

it is possible to setup a scheduled task (you might need to contact your server support for that) that will run at specified time intervals and regenerate sitemap.
