yes, the generator run in web root , but very few pages indexed,and the progress ended so quick , sorry about my english, i need your help! does generator support dynamic page

I have tried every configeratuion I can think of and still I can't see to get this to run correctly.   it looks like it is running correctly ,but few pages indexed
I have a pretty large site more than 50k pages and I really am counting on it working:    I don't even know how to diagnose?  Help please
