Order of the links in XML

Hello,

Is there any option to set order of links in , generated XML file? Like generated xml should contain first home page's top level links then other internal links. And it is generating some duplicated URLs. Please let me know solution for this.

links are added in the order generator's crawler finds them, there is no option to change it.
What are examples of duplicate URLs?
