Generator only indexing 7 pages after finding 500 with online gen tool

When I tried the free online generator, it indexed 500 urls. So I purchased the sitemap generator thinking there were more to find past the limit of 500.

Unfortunately since I've installed this on my site, it's only found 160 urls at most. A few minutes ago, I turned on sh404sef for my site and the sitemap generator only find 7 urls.

Also, I can run the generator once...and if I run it again immediately after, it will find completely different urls, and remove perfectly valid ones that should be in the sitemaps.

Can someone look into this for me please?

Nevermind, figured it out. It was an anti-flood security feature of sh404sef that was preventing the script from indexing all the URLs properly. Once I turned that off, it found over 1000 URLs in about 10 minutes.
