Sitemap is blank

I installed the generator on a server that has several instances of Wordpress installed.  I excluded the folders for the other instances besides our live site and after waiting for about 30 minutes, the sitemap came up blank.  Any help on this?  Should I install the generator in another folder?

I have deleted the generator because it was using too many resources on my server and shut down my site.

Can I get a refund?
