404 Error after install

i have just installed the unlimited sitemap generator and been through the instructions to the letter but i still get a 404 error when i try to connect

the error message is

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

make sure that you have 755 permissions set for generator/ folder.

Tried to resolve this many times over last few days. Contacted web host and they tell me it is needing far more than the 128mb memory I am allocated. Tried to do a sitemap on the limited version and had a sitemap done in 10 mins with 500 pages. I know I have about 900 pages so the unlimited software should easy handle it. Please help ASAP

Hello,

many thanks it did the trick. The how-to-install says that the folder should be 777 though

777 should be set for generator/data/ subfolder only, not for the main generator/ folder.
