Sitemap trailing slashes issues

Hi,

We are using paid XML-Sitemap generator tool in our website. But for some URLs we are getting unwanted trailing slashes. Please check the below URL.

We have also included "\" in "Exclude URLs" section. But it doesn't fix the issue.

Please suggest.
