xml sitemap rendering in html/hyperlink form

Why does my sitemap.xml now appear in hyperlink form?

Why is it not rendering like all other xml sitemaps, displaying code form?

Is this because I chose to 'create html sitemap' when it was generated?
I am viewing sitemap.xml (1. XML SiteMap File)  and not the html file.

If I generate another unticking the 'Create html site map for your visitors' will this correct it?

Hello,

it's because you have "Use stylesheet" setting enabled in "advanced settings" section. It makes sitemap in browser better readable. You can disable that option though if you like.
