no submit button on crawling page

I could not find a submit button on that page.
Besides, It seemed to run forever and make no progress before submit button was gone.

I have used your sitemap generator on three of my sites, running on different servers, which all have over ten thousand pages.
None of them could generate sitemap successfully.
They all hung or "run" button disappeared or showed below error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 58335312 bytes) in /home/shopezon/public_html/sitemap_generator/pages/class.utils.inc.php on line 102

I wonder if I can get a refund since this solution does not work for me.

in case if Run button is not shown, the memory_limit has been exceed and you need to increase it in PHP configuration.
