403 - forbidden Access Denied

I followed installation instructions and I am getting the following error:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

I am using windows 2003, II6 on Dev and Windows 2008, IIS7 on production.

Same problem here... just installed it and set all security per instructions... [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Make sure that you have 755 permissions set for generator/ folder (not 777).
