Chinese characters in URL

Hi,

My website have the chinese characters in URL, after generate the xml file. it looks like this

<url>
       <loc>http://forum.hktdc.com/forum/18/1/tc/中國å...§éŠ·å¸,å ´.htm</loc>
       <lastmod>2012-01-28T07:25:23+00:00</lastmod>
       <changefreq>daily</changefreq>
       <priority>0.6400</priority>
</url>

please try to enable utf-8 setting in generator configuration.
