I run about fifty different websites and uploading and then navigating to each site to update the settings, make checks etc is very cumbersome.

Does anyone have any 'mods' for a single instalation with a 'multiple site' interface?

My sites currently have in total, about 9000 pages on the server but about 6000 of these are Sitemap software files.
