Russian URL is hex encoded in XML and Russian exclude string does not work

Hi,

I am using Sitemap Generator v2.9.

I am trying to generate sitemap for the URL [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

However, the resultant XML contains URL that are all hex encoded ... something like this: <loc>[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]</loc>

It should have instead been (as on the site): [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Also, I have this exclude substring in the configuration which doesn't seem to work: аренда-недвижимости-для-отдыха

Hello,

you should install the latest version of sitemap generator (v5.0) - it has the setting to enable UTF8 support in URLs.
