Creating a sitemapindex

I've installed the generator twice and created 2 sitemaps. All is working as expected.

However, how do a create a sitemapindex?

Guessing I'll need to install the generator a 3rd time. But how will it recognise what I want to do and also include the 2 sitemaps?

sitemaps are created separately. If you need an index combining 2 different sitemaps, you will need to create it manually.
