Ok going to take this one question at a time

I sent a e-mail 4 days ago with no answer, maybe somebody here can help me.

I purchased the Pro account for one year for 1000 pages.
Had sitemap generated, says 980 crawled 1,780
I know now that I have more than 1000 pages
How do I upgrade to the 10,000 pages.

you can order the 10,000 pages service on "Subscription" page of your site entry and email us so that we can refund your previous 1000 pages order.
It might be a good idea to let us know an example URl that is not included in sitemap to make there are more than 1000 pages to get indexed.

So you want me to pay the $80 some dollars and then e-mail you for a refund?

I just want to upgrade and and not have to buy a whole new subscription.

Looking at this forum and seeing it has been 5 days now and you still have not have answered my email and seeing that others on this forum say the get no response from e-mails to you.

Talk about customer service.
