www and non www

Ok going to take this one question at a time

I sent a e-mail 4 days ago with no answer, maybe somebody here can help me.

Ok half my site has www. and other half of site does not

when I went to create site map it only gives me addresses without the www.

http://beachcomberpete.com    works
http://www.beachcomberpete.com  comes back Entry for this domain already exists.

How can I create a site map for pages under [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

your www domain is redirected to non-www domain, that's why it's not indexed.

This answer did not help at all.

None of my pages showed up that are www.

Im asking you guys how to create a site map for those pages.

Example none of these page showed up and I know I have several 100

When you open [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] URL in browser, it is redirected to [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]. You need to disable that redirect on your site if you want to get www domain URLs indexed.
