Ok going to take this one question at a time

I sent a e-mail 4 days ago with no answer, maybe somebody here can help me.

Ok half my site has www. and other half of site does not

when I went to create site map it only gives me addresses without the www.

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]    works
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]  comes back Entry for this domain already exists.

How can I create a site map for pages under [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

your www domain is redirected to non-www domain, that's why it's not indexed.

Come on guys

This answer did not help at all.

None of my pages showed up that are www.

Im asking you guys how to create a site map for those pages.

Example none of these page showed up and I know I have several 100

When you open [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] URL in browser, it is redirected to yourdomain.com. You need to disable that redirect on your site if you want to get www domain URLs indexed.
